Ready For A Fight

Update 7/18: I sadly lost against fighter #74 [link] . I had fun though and I really appreciate everyone's support.

My entry for the Unseen Artists' Ultimate Showdown. It is mostly done in colored pencil with touches of marker and special crayons (not sure what they are called since they just say colored crayon on them, but are not the typical crayola ones).

This tentacled behemoth can crush and kill pretty much anything it can get its suckers on (see this stunning video to see what a normal size cephalopod can do: [link]). Its six mouths have teeth equipped with venom that paralyzes and slowly dissolves its prey from the inside (starfish do this). To give an estimate on the size of this guy, a 6ft tall human is about the size of its eye.

This is NOT an octopus and is not intended to be. I just know I'll get someone thinking it is and 'inform' me that an octopus doesn't have six mouths on its front tentacles. I just wanted a tentacled critter that looked cool and an anatomically correct octopus just wasn't in my plan.
