Description

A piece inspired by a contest called 'Mermaid's Dream'. I found the contest while browsing around and didn't look into. Then when I decided to enter it, I couldn't find the contest. Anyway, I wasn't going to let the idea pass me by so I decided to make this piece. Background water is layers of Bryce3D water and Photoshop plugin stars.
